Root One (Pty) Ltd, trading through the Kardumo product, is responsible for the information submitted through this website.
What we collect and why
When you request founding access, we collect your name, email address, broad working role and the project context you choose to share. We use it to assess whether Kardumo is a sensible fit, prevent duplicate requests and contact you about the founding relationship.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, bank or card details, identity numbers, private health information, trade secrets or confidential information belonging to somebody else. The access request is only meant to explain the shape of the work.
How the information is handled
We do not sell founding-access information. We use infrastructure and service providers only where needed to operate the site and manage the request. Access is limited to people handling the founding relationship. We retain the request only for as long as it remains relevant to that purpose or another lawful requirement applies.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete information associated with your request, subject to applicable law and information we must retain. A dedicated privacy contact and final public-release policy will be published before the website opens to unrestricted traffic.
