KARDUMO

Trust and control

Helpful enough to act. Controlled enough to trust.

Kardumo is the engine beneath your Threadkeeper. It gives them project memory, connected context and reasoning power—but it also makes sure confidence is not mistaken for authority, conversation is not mistaken for approval and a plausible answer is not mistaken for truth.

The simple rule

Your Threadkeeper can recommend. Kardumo will not pretend you approved.

The Threadkeeper is the working relationship. Kardumo is the control layer underneath it. The more consequential the change, the more clearly the engine separates advice from authority.

Conversation stays conversation

An ordinary statement does not silently become approved project truth because it sounds confident.

Proposal stays proposal

A recommended change shows its practical effect and remains unapproved until the right person decides.

Decisions keep their identity

Material changes preserve who decided, what changed and which working version followed.

Access follows real authority

A fluent conversation cannot create permissions the customer or Threadkeeper does not actually hold.

How the engine keeps the thread trustworthy

Kardumo keeps four kinds of project information separate.

01

Source

What somebody supplied. Useful, but not automatically verified.

02

Conversation

What was discussed, corrected or explored in the relationship.

03

Proposal

A prepared change that still needs the proper decision.

04

Approved plan

The current version the work is actually operating from.

Trust is tested when something goes wrong.

Acknowledged work should survive a refresh or broken connection.

An uncertain outcome should remain uncertain—not be reported as success.

A failed operation should not silently repeat paid or consequential work.

The customer should not become technical support for a problem Kardumo can diagnose itself.

Recovery should continue from the last safe point instead of forcing the customer to start again.

The standard

“Ease must be created on top of control—not instead of it.”

The customer should experience warmth, judgement and momentum. The governed record underneath exists so that experience can become more capable without becoming careless.

See it with real work

Trust should be experienced, not asserted.

Give the Threadkeeper a live situation. See whether they understand it, expose uncertainty and leave the decision where it belongs.
